November, the month where the boys are obligated to grow moustaches, some filthy, some not so filthy. You can be the judge of that. There is much more to the month than Mo's for the bro's and again this month many things worth celebrating, our Epic 10-week challengers completed their challenge. We prepare to host our end of the year Christmas get together at Strides HQ and we celebrated more work anniversaries and birthdays than we can poke a stick at!

It seems so long since we have been able to open our arms up wide and welcome back interstate and overseas travellers without the dreaded fear of cancellations looming. But we are ready for an elbow bump and social distanced (QLD style) socialising really soon! With interstate borders on the verge of being "back to normal" we thought we would bring you some travel tips, and link you to help you if you are in the business of planning a trip soon.

THE MO COLLECTION - We Will let you be the judge of this one fam bam.

We are very excited to announce - after some short delays due to COVID-19, the Intensive Rehabilitation Trial has now commenced, and five participants have been selected at random and enrolled in the study! The participants are currently undertaking a 26-week, intensive long-term rehabilitation program consisting of an on-site program right here at Making Strides and an at-home program. While there is much of the study we are unable to speak about we are pleased to know that we are one more tick away from the next step. The PCSRF team will be setting their sights on funding the scoping of the next stages of the study, we hope to be able to share more good news with you all soon.

This crew plus 5 more epic contenders successfully completed their 10-week challenge mid November. Across the challenge together they completed XXX workouts, checked in XX times and smashed nearly all their individual goals. The winner of challenge number 2 of 2021 is Anne-Maree!!! - congratulations, we couldn't be prouder.
