WOW. We are half-way through the year. 6 months since we set those New Years resolutions, 6 months since we came back refreshed from a Christmas break and 6 months worth of kicking goals. Our 'winter wins' board is filling up and boy oh boy some goals have well and truely been ticked off, for some of you this may be the time of year where you think "oh sh*T" I haven't done the things I wanted to. The good news is you still have 6 months of 2021 to go!

With over 246 home workouts completed, 10 weeks of group sessions, nutrition check-ins and daily adherence check in's our challenge crew have all progressed towards their own goals and had fun doing it! We love seeing this participation and already cannot wait for the next one! Please congratulate our winners; online winner Karen Tainton and in-person winner Kirstee Mckay.

If you are interested in the next challenge, please keep your eyes peeled.

WE ARE RUNNING FOR PCSRF On July 4th the crew are hitting the pavement in the GC Marathon Running Series to raise funds and awareness for SCI and the Perry Cross Spinal Research Foundation.

P.S - Special mention to our Model Billy, cracking out a pose mid crutches gait training. Billy has recently hit a new milestone and has began using his crutches around the home. Go Billy!

You may have seen or even experienced the new toys Ben has been using (torturing) his clients with. Our staff are constantly up-skilling and attending professional development. Most recently Ben completed a course on mobility and the related activations, he has already been implementing these skills in sessions. Keep your eyes peeled or be prepared for your introduction to "Ben's Stick's".
