Need a Little More Info?

First things first, fill out our new client intake form. From here, one of our team members will be in contact to discuss availability and start planning your visit!

The Gold Coast is blessed with sunshine all year round, with winter temps (June-August) hovering in the early 20s, and summer temps (December-February) averaging between 28 and 35 degrees celsius.

If you’re after the Goldilocks time (not too hot or too cold), we recommend coming during the Gold Coast’s shoulder seasons in Autumn and Spring. You’ll likely enjoy cheaper accommodation and fewer crowds, too.

Regardless of when you visit, trust that our training facilities are climate-controlled, meaning you can train without fear of freezing or overheating.

The number of sessions you do will depend on your funding and level of exercise tolerance, along with our availability at the time of booking. Some clients will opt for five two-hour sessions a week, while others may opt for two to three. Don’t forget there is the option to sprinkle in ancillary services like physiotherapy, FES and massage to break up your training routine and give your body a break.

Each client is different, so get in touch and chat with our team to determine the right balance of sessions for your visit.  ENQUIRE HERE

Our facilities feature state-of-the-art equipment, including two 20m over-ground gait training tracks, multiple body weight support systems, private treatment rooms with padded tables for pressure injury prevention, specialised Functional Electrical Stimulation (FES) devices, wheelchair accessible weight machines, custom-designed adapted gym equipment and fully accessible amenities.

No, you don’t need a referral to access our services. You can contact us directly and book through our website or by visiting one of our facilities.

However, we do request medical clearance from your doctor or specialist before beginning rehabilitation programs, which ensures we can tailor the program to suit each individual.

Before your first appointment, please supply us with relevant medical records, previous assessment reports, and information about current medications. We’ll also need a copy of your NDIS plan details or insurance information if you have funding.

Make sure you bring comfortable clothing that allows movement and assessment, and bring any mobility aids or assistive devices.
